Chris Flinn

Chris Flinn has nearly 30 years of experience as a criminal trial attorney. Mr. Flinn began his career prosecuting DUI’s and other misdemeanor cases in the DeKalb County Solicitor General’s office. He then moved on to prosecuting serious violent felonies in the Rockdale County District Attorney’s Office and the DeKalb County District Attorney’s office. In 2001, Mr. Flinn began representing individuals charged with criminal offenses, and since that time he has defended thousands of individuals charged with crimes at both the State and Federal level. Mr. Flinn believes the right to an attorney is the most important right our Constitution gives us.
